## What it is and how it works

Moderation should assess content and behaviour, not just the presence of a link. The attributes ugc, sponsored and [nofollow](https://www.zorraquino.com/en/dictionary/digital-marketing/nofollow.html) describe different link relationships; they do not turn a useless comment into quality content or guarantee how every search engine will treat it. A community needs understandable rules and mechanisms for removing abuse.
