## What it is and how it works

The idea is for the brand to be continuously present where its audience gets information and talks, rather than concentrating communication in one-off campaigns. Each piece reinforces the same attributes and messages, adapted to the format of each channel.

It is an uncommon term that overlaps with more established concepts, such as content marketing or multichannel content strategy. It should not be confused with a brand’s live streaming, although live broadcasts may be part of that flow.
