Some people already have an assistant in the living room that runs the house, many have started paying without carrying a wallet, and in some places sellers already know what we like before we even ask… Conveniences that improve and enrich the user experience, with invisible, minimal, transparent designs that cannot be seen, while screens and buttons gradually disappear. In many cases, UX design can be said to be invisible, but that does not mean it disappears. On the contrary, it is more complex and more present than ever, but behind the scenes. ## Cases 01 / 05 Zorraquino spotlights 1. 01 Design you cannot see is now more complex, although simpler for the user.
