Approach / Communication
Give direction to what a brand says
Communication strategy, campaigns and content to express the brand, build relationships and drive a response.
Approach
A clear message. An expression with character
We connect what the organisation needs to achieve with what its audiences need to understand. We look deep into people's motivations to develop communication and digital content strategies that make organisations' work easier, stronger and more dynamic, so they reach their business goals and connect with their audience in the best possible way.
When it makes sense
- You need to launch a new offer or support a change in the organisation.
- Your channels send scattered messages or an inconsistent image.
- Content production needs a shared direction and more continuity.
What we can solve
Communication strategy
Defining goals, audiences, messages and channels to organise what to say, to whom and for what purpose.
Concept and campaigns
Creative ideas and campaign development that connect the message with the brand's identity.
Content and production
Editorial, graphic, audiovisual and interactive content, from concept to adaptations.
Social media
Editorial judgement, content and community management in the right channels for each brand.
What you get
Communication plan, message hierarchy and creative concept. Depending on the scope, also an editorial calendar, pieces and adaptations, production guidelines and a framework to evaluate the response.
How we work
01. Agree the goal
We define who we need to reach and what understanding, perception or response we want to work on.
02. Build the message
We pin down the narrative, the concept and the role of each channel.
03. Produce and roll out
We develop the content and organise its versions, reviews and publication.
04. Evaluate the response
We review the agreed indicators and adjust messages, formats and continuity.
Scope and stages are adapted to each brief; there is no need to commission the whole process.
Communication builds on the brand and can connect with acquisition, digital content and experience. Each discipline keeps a clear responsibility within the whole.
Connects with
05 Before we start
Are communication and marketing the same service?
No. Communication defines and develops messages, campaigns and content. Marketing works on how to attract demand, make conversion easier and keep the relationship with customers. They can connect in the same project.
Can we commission a specific campaign?
Yes. Also a strategy, a content system or ongoing editorial support. The scope is defined according to the goal and the capabilities your team already has.
How is communication evaluated?
With indicators suited to the goal: understanding, engagement, perception or response, among others. Not all communication has to be measured by immediate sales.
