3. Conversations with Mazinger
When you talk to Mazinger, this website's assistant, we store the conversation anonymously in order to improve its answers and the experience of the website: what you write, what it replies, the date and time, and the pages from which you write. We do not store your name, your email address or your IP address. Conversations are automatically deleted after 12 months.
In order to reply to you, the text of the conversation is processed by Anthropic (Claude) and, if you turn on the voice, by ElevenLabs. Please do not write personal data in the conversation.
Anthropic and ElevenLabs act as data processors on behalf of Zorraquino. They are based in the United States: the international transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or, failing that, by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, the content of conversations is not used to train its models.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your queries and improving the website; the voice, only if you turn it on. Mazinger does not make automated decisions that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you (Article 22 GDPR). More information in use of artificial intelligence.

Providing your personal data in any of our registration forms implies your express consent for us to send you information, our own or from third parties, that we consider may be of interest to you. However, we remind you that you may object to receiving these communications at any time and free of charge by sending an email to the address given in section 1 of this document.
5. How long will my personal data be kept?
Your personal data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to provide you with the service or product contracted. Once the service and/or the warranty on the products purchased has ended, we will keep your data for five years, which is the standard limitation period for civil or commercial liability. However, you should be aware that these retention periods may be extended as a result of changes in the law or the assessment of criminal liability. Once the liabilities arising from the contract have become time-barred, we will destroy all your personal data.
