Approach / Research
Understand change. Spot opportunities
We get ahead of what is coming to solve problems, create business opportunities and help make smart decisions.
Our own knowledge
Consumer Trends. Reading change, opening questions
Trend analysis offers a perspective on social and consumer change. Applying it to an organisation means connecting that reading with its context, its audiences and its decisions.

Approach
Know before taking it for granted
We believe shared knowledge is the foundation of growth and innovation. Researching, discovering, reflecting, exchanging views and getting to know new experiences is, ultimately, designing. That is how we understand it and how we want to contribute.
We anticipate upcoming challenges and create new futures. Through a thorough process of analysis and insight, we apply trends strategically to turn them into tangible competitive advantages that last.
When it makes sense
- You need to assess an opportunity before investing in it.
- You want to understand why people choose, use or abandon an offer.
- You are looking to interpret market shifts and what they mean for your organisation.
What we can solve
Research with people
Interviews, observation and testing to understand needs, behaviours and pain points in real contexts.
Market and competition
Analysis of the offer, the alternatives and the competitive context to identify room for differentiation.
Consumer trends
Reading social and consumer change to interpret what may affect the organisation's offer.
Foresight and scenarios
Exploring possible futures to test decisions, anticipate risks and open up opportunities.
What you get
Depending on the starting question, the work takes the form of a diagnosis, a map of needs, scenarios or prioritised opportunities. Each conclusion separates evidence, interpretation and questions that remain open.
How we work
01. Define the question
We agree which decision the research should inform and what knowledge already exists.
02. Design the study
We choose methods, sources and participants according to the question and the scope.
03. Research and test
We gather and analyse information, looking for patterns, differences and the limits of the evidence.
04. Turn it into decisions
We work through the implications with the team and set out opportunities and next steps.
Scope and stages are adapted to each brief; there is no need to commission the whole process.
The findings can guide a strategy, a brand or a product. They can also be handed over to your team so they can carry on the work.
Connects with
06 Before we start
Can we commission just the research?
Yes. It can be a standalone brief, with a defined question, scope and deliverables. It does not require commissioning design or development afterwards.
What is the difference between trends and foresight?
Trends help interpret changes that are already observable. Foresight explores possible scenarios and their implications. It is not presented as a fixed prediction of the future.
Does AI replace research with people?
We do not present AI-generated simulations as testimonials, interviews or tests with real users. Every conclusion must make its sources and limits clear.
