Brand recognition
Brand recognition is the ability to identify a brand when given a cue, such as its name, symbol or sound
What it means, how it is used and where it comes up, with its related concepts.
What it is and how it works
It differs from unaided recall, in which the person must name the brand without seeing it. Measuring it requires controlling the cues presented. A visual asset can feel familiar without the audience correctly attributing it to its owner.
