What it is and how it works
It differs from repeating the same content, although multichannel and crossmedia strategies can also adapt pieces to each medium. Planning should explain what each part contributes and make the main entry points understandable. Multiplying channels without a narrative function creates fragmentation, not necessarily a transmedia experience.
