What is RSS or Really Simple Syndication?

Abbreviation of Really Simple Syndication, which means the method or process allowing the notification and dispatch of information recently published on a website. This technology allows users to receive all updates to their favourite web pages through an RSS reader without having to visit the sites to which they have subscribed.

In practice, users only need to have a feeds reader (such as Feedly, for example) to which they add the sources in which they are interested, where all updates that are published will be stored.
