A selfie is a photograph a person takes of themselves, alone or with others, using a camera they control. In Spanish, it is also called a selfi or autofoto

It may form part of personal communication or a brand activity. Inviting someone to share an image does not equate to permission for every reuse. Campaign communications should explain how the content will be used and make the relationship between participation and the published image understandable.
