What it is and how it works
Moderation should be based on observable facts and rules, without attributing motives solely from tone. An uncomfortable complaint is not necessarily provocation. The aim is to protect the conversation and address real problems, using proportionate responses or restrictions rather than turning every exchange into a confrontation.
