Service prototype

A service prototype represents part of an experience and its operation to test how it would work with real people

What it means, how it is used and where it comes up, with its related concepts.

What it is and how it works

It can use enactments of roles, spaces, messages and manual processes. It makes it possible to observe coordination, expectations and friction. It should define which elements are simulated and which are evaluated, so as not to extrapolate results beyond the scope of the test.
