Usability testing

Usability testing observes how representative people carry out tasks with a product, service or prototype

What it means, how it is used and where it comes up, with its related concepts.

What it is and how it works

It makes it possible to detect difficulties, understand their causes and check improvements. It can be moderated or unmoderated, in person or remote. The choice of participants, tasks and context should respond to the study's objective; there is no universal sample size for every case.
