How does AI influence UX? Thanks to it, and to the task automation it brings, designers are becoming increasingly strategic professionals who focus on designing personalised, relevant, intelligent and efficient experiences in which the human factor remains essential and irreplaceable.
The good use of artificial intelligence emerges as an ally to improve the work and the results of UX design: automatic videos, recognition patterns, virtual assistants, automated A/B testing… It is a growing pattern that will keep growing in the coming years.
A very promising technology that has to be learnt, but that can make designers' lives easier and help them concentrate on the most essential part of their work. Often seen as an enemy, AI can become a great ally.
