How to speak through design.
UX Writing
In just a few years, UX Writing has become an essential part of the user experience. A well-thought-out text makes interaction easier and better. On the other hand, a badly thought-out one creates confusion and friction and, even if the design is very well crafted, it can harm the ability to communicate and connect from the outset. Every user interaction is a conversion opportunity; the texts that are part of the design are as important as the image.
Known as microcopy, they make the user experience pleasant and help complete a desired action easily. They also define the brand's identity through the tone and style with which it addresses users. Getting them right means, as in any design process, knowing the user and how they act. Responding to the needs of each moment may call for simple and clear texts, ironic ones, ones that make people laugh… For each case, its own writing.
