The age of moderation
Big brands join the digital detox.
Digital detox
In the times we live in, digital detox has become a necessity: we are all aware that, to live healthily, we need to moderate our digital media habits and lead slightly less technological lives. Something that began a few years ago, is still growing, and that we all try to build into our habits in some way. What's new now is that big companies have started to take action, especially the main technology platforms. They have adopted moderation as part of their discourse and set out to teach people to use technology and digital media sensibly, wisely and in moderation, to make the most of them without missing out on other valuable parts of life.
