Voice & UX writing
Text and voice at the centre of the experience.
New UX disciplines
By now, nobody doubts the value of user experience (UX), embodied in careful, practical and simple interfaces that make browsing easier and friendlier. Within this concern for putting users at the centre, UX is evolving towards new disciplines that move away from the graphic to explore other languages.
Above all, this means UX writing, which highlights the importance of text in design and the need for it to be simple, agile and practical. But the design of voice interactions is also advancing strongly, increasingly common thanks to the rise of Siri, Google Home (and Google Assistant) and Alexa (Amazon), mainly.
A new landscape that requires new skills for design that is more human, closer and gives users confidence in their conversations.
