What is a marketing plan?

A marketing plan is a document or presentation that sets out the strategy and planning to be carried out in order to achieve specific marketing objectives. Generally, to create this annual document, a market study, an analysis of the company's situation and an analysis of the competition are carried out in order to develop an action plan and a series of marketing strategies that are appropriate to the company's needs and that allow it to achieve the proposed marketing objectives. These plans are always adaptable and can be revised in real time
