What is a service blueprint?

A service blueprint is a document or map where moments of truth are established. This tool allows you to see in detail what components make up a service, in order to analyse, implement and improve it. In short, it can be defined as a set of instructions or a manual, explaining to employees how to interact with the customer at each point of contact.
