What is laggards?

Laggards is an Anglo-Saxon term commonly used in marketing to refer to those consumers who are late adopters of a product. These consumers are characterised by being reserved when it comes to the acceptance and implementation of certain products, especially technological ones. The opposite of laggards are the early adopters.
